1. Terms of Service

1.1 Product / Service Description

Our platform is a web-based SaaS tool designed to help online sellers who receive customer orders as screenshots. In our region, this is extremely common among sellers on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok Shops and other social platforms, where customers place orders via direct messages. Sellers typically save these conversations as screenshots and then manually re-enter the order details on fast-delivery courier websites. This manual transfer (name, phone number, address, notes, product info) is slow, repetitive, and error-prone, especially when processing many daily orders. Our tool fully automates this workflow. We use OCR to extract all relevant customer information from screenshots. Then our system automatically cleans and normalizes the data — including formatting phone numbers, standardizing Kosovo and Albania addresses, removing common typos, and matching city names against a verified local database. At the end of the process, the user receives a structured Excel file that they can directly import into the courier service they collaborate with. This eliminates the manual copy-paste work and significantly improves accuracy and speed for online sellers.

1.2 Use of the service

• You must only upload screenshots and data that you have the right to process.
• You must not use the service for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• You are responsible for how you use the exported Excel files and the data inside them.

1.3 Accounts, plans and pricing

We offer several plans (Free and paid plans) with different OCR limits per month. The current prices and limits are shown on our pricing section on the main page of the website or a dedicated pricing page.

We may change the prices or limits in the future. Any change will be shown clearly on the pricing section before you purchase or renew a plan.

1.4 Subscriptions and cancellation

• Paid plans are billed as subscriptions (for example, monthly).
• You can cancel your subscription at any time; after cancellation you will not be charged for future periods.
• When you cancel, you can usually continue using the service until the end of the period you already paid for.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 General refund rules

Our platform is designed to streamline the workflow for online sellers who receive customer orders in the form of screenshots from Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. These sellers typically have to manually re-enter the customer’s name, address, and phone number into courier platforms one-by-one. With our tool, users can automatically extract this information, correct addresses, and export structured Excel files ready for import into their courier’s website — saving time and reducing errors.

Although our service focuses on providing automation and accuracy for businesses, we comply fully with consumer protection standards. If you are a Consumer (non-business user), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of completing the transaction, without providing any reason. To meet the cancellation deadline, your cancellation request simply needs to be submitted before the end of the 14-day period.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify Paddle, our payment processor, using their official contact form at: https://paddle.net. Paddle will acknowledge your request and process the refund in accordance with their procedures.

Please note that, as required by Paddle’s Consumer Right to Cancel policy, this right applies only to your initial subscription purchase and does not apply to subsequent automatic renewal payments.

3. Privacy Policy

3.1 Data we process

RegjistroPro processes order screenshots that you upload in order to extract text such as customer names, addresses, and phone numbers. This information belongs to you and your customers.

3.2 We do not permanently store your order data

• We do not build a database of your customers’ addresses or phone numbers.
• Order data is kept only temporarily in memory/in your browser while you use the page.
• When you refresh or close the page, the order data is lost and not stored by us.

3.3 We do not read or use your customers’ data

• We do not manually review individual orders or customer details.
• We do not use your customers’ names, addresses or phone numbers to contact them or for marketing.
• We do not sell or share your customers’ personal data with third parties.

3.4 Technical logs

We may collect basic technical logs (for example, error messages, anonymous usage statistics) only to keep the service secure and improve performance. These logs are not meant to contain customer names, addresses or phone numbers, and we take care to avoid storing unnecessary personal data.

3.5 Your responsibilities

You are the data controller for the orders and customer data you upload. You are responsible for having a legal basis to process this data (for example, consent or contract with your customers) and for complying with local data protection laws in your country.

4. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the date on this page and, where appropriate, show a notice on the website.

Ne ofrojmë disa plane (falas dhe me pagesë) me kufij të ndryshëm OCR në muaj. Çmimet dhe kufijtë aktualë shfaqen te seksioni i çmimeve në faqen kryesore ose në një faqe të dedikuar për çmime.

Mund të ndryshojmë çmimet apo kufijtë në të ardhmen. Çdo ndryshim do të shfaqet qartë te seksioni i çmimeve para se të blini ose rinovoni një plan.

1.4 Abonimet dhe anulimi

• Planet me pagesë faturohen si abonime (p.sh. mujore).
• Mund ta anuloni abonimin në çdo kohë; pas anulimit nuk do të faturoheni për periudhat e ardhshme.
• Pas anulimit, zakonisht mund të vazhdoni ta përdorni shërbimin deri në fund të periudhës që tashmë e keni paguar.

Ne synojmë të ofrojmë një shërbim të qëndrueshëm, të saktë dhe të dobishëm për bizneset që përdorin platformën tonë për të konvertuar screenshot-et e porosive në të dhëna të strukturuara Excel. Shumë shites online në Instagram, Facebook dhe platforma të tjera ruajnë porositë në formë screenshot-esh, dhe më pas i regjistrojnë manualisht në sistemet e postave të shpejta një nga një. 3. Politika e Privatësisë

3.1 Të dhënat që përpunojmë

RegjistroPro përpunon screenshot-e të porosive që ju ngarkoni, për të nxjerrë tekst si emrat e klientëve, adresat dhe numrat e telefonit. Këto të dhëna janë pronë e juaja dhe e klientëve tuaj.

3.2 Ne nuk ruajmë përgjithmonë të dhënat e porosive

• Nuk krijojmë një bazë të dhënash të adresave apo numrave të telefonit të klientëve tuaj.
• Të dhënat e porosive mbahen vetëm përkohësisht në memorie / te shfletuesi juaj gjatë përdorimit të faqes.
• Kur e rifreskoni ose mbyllni faqen, të dhënat e porosive humbin dhe nuk ruhen nga ne.

3.3 Ne nuk i lexojmë dhe nuk i përdorim të dhënat e klientëve tuaj

• Nuk i shikojmë manualisht porositë apo detajet individuale të klientëve.
• Nuk i përdorim emrat, adresat apo numrat e telefonit të klientëve tuaj për t’i kontaktuar ose për marketing.
• Nuk i shesim dhe nuk i ndajmë të dhënat personale të klientëve tuaj me palë të treta.

3.4 Log-et teknike

Mund të mbajmë log-e teknike bazike (p.sh. mesazhe gabimesh, statistika anonime) vetëm për sigurinë dhe përmirësimin e shërbimit. Këto log-e nuk kanë për qëllim të përmbajnë emra, adresa apo numra telefoni të klientëve, dhe ne kujdesemi të mos ruajmë të dhëna të panevojshme personale.

3.5 Përgjegjësia juaj

Ju jeni kontrolluesi i të dhënave për porositë dhe të dhënat e klientëve që ngarkoni. Ju jeni përgjegjës të keni bazë ligjore për t’i përpunuar këto të dhëna (p.sh. pajtimi i klientit ose kontrata me të) dhe të respektoni ligjet lokale të mbrojtjes së të dhënave në vendin tuaj.

4. Ndryshimet në këto kushte

Mund t’i përditësojmë këto Kushte, Politikën e Privatësisë dhe Politikën e Rimbursimit herë pas here. Kur bëjmë ndryshime, do ta përditësojmë datën në këtë faqe dhe, kur është e përshtatshme, do të shfaqim një njoftim në faqen kryesore.
